After processes such as stamping, injection molding, and electroplating, the parts proceed to production and assembly.

Complete Inspection Process
Throughout the entire process, incoming materials and finished products are inspected. Testing includes life testing, insulation resistance testing, contact resistance testing, elasticity testing, stroke testing, solderability testing, high-temperature resistance testing, and salt spray testing, among others. The entire assembly process is carried out in ultra-clean, dust-free, and anti-static workshops to ensure that all products maintain their quality specifications.
